Jeremy Delmar-Morgan
(aged 65) – Non-Executive Chairman
Jeremy attended Eton and Magdalene College, Cambridge before
starting a career in the City where he was a partner in Hoblyn,
Dix & Maurice and a Director of Vickers Da Costa, before
joining Teather & Greenwood in 1979. He was Senior Partner
of Teather & Greenwood from 1985 to 1997, Chief Executive
from 1998 to 2000 and Chairman from 2000 to 2004. He is a
Director of The London Symphony Orchestra Ltd and Sefton Resources
Inc. and Chairman of The Brendoncare Foundation and of Eagle
Crown Productions Ltd.
Adam Wilson (aged
37) – Managing Director
Adam graduated from Essex University in 1992 with a BA (Hons)
in Accounting and Financial Management. He qualified as a
barrister before joining NM Rothschild in 1994 as a graduate
trainee. He subsequently moved to LCF Rothschild, specialising
in equity derivative and structured product sales. In 1997
he joined Teather & Greenwood where he became Head of
Derivatives before joining Hichens, Harrison in 2003. He was
appointed Managing Director of Hichens, Harrison in October
2004. Adam is an associate member of the Institute of Investment
Management and Research and a member of the Securities Institute
as well as being a certified
FFAS financial analyst.
Brian Rowbotham
(aged 55) – Finance Director
After graduating from London University, Brian qualified as
a chartered accountant with Touche Ross. His early career
in the City included roles at Save & Prosper and F&C
Management Ltd, where he became a Director. In 1997 he joined
Teather & Greenwood where, as a partner and then Finance
Director, he was involved in that company’s flotation
on AIM and subsequent move to the Official List. Since leaving
in 2002 he has been running his own consultancy specialising
in turnarounds and start ups until joining Hichens, Harrison
in January 2005. Brian is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants in England and Wales.
Jonathan Punter
(aged 49) – Non-Executive Director
Jonathan graduated from the University of Bristol with an
honours degree in Mathematics in 1978 before joining Duncan
C Fraser & Co as an actuarial student. Jonathan qualified
as an actuary in 1983, and became a Fellow of the Institute
of Actuaries in 1985. In May 1988, Jonathan became a founding
partner of Punter Southall & Co, a firm of Consulting
Actuaries which was subsequently acquired by SFS. Jonathan
is Chief Executive of Sanlam Financial Services and is Non-Executive
Chairman of Neptune Investment Management Limited.
